The annual Studio Tour on Gabriola Island is a long tradition with the community of artists and art lovers. Visitors come to the island from around Canada's West Coast and beyond to travel around with a tour map meeting artists in their creative spaces and shopping the newest artworks. Download a brochure in the link or pick one up at Gabriola businesses.
On this 28th year of the Tour, I will be exhibiting at stop #28 on the map, Sunstone Pottery, as a guest artist with my teacher and mentor, Graham Sheehan. Sunstone is the home production studio where I apprenticed as a young adult to learn the craft and traditional processes of wood fired ceramics.
Studio galleries will be open Saturday. Sunday, and Monday 10am - 5pm
