An annual juried discovery exhibition for new and emerging artists. In addition to the opening reception on Sunday January 8 2 -4pm, there will also be Poetry Meets Art: Sunday January 22, 2 -4 pm. Hosted by award-winning poet Fran Bourassa, local writers will read poems inspired by the exhibition.
I'm very pleased to be in this show with a most important theme to me, Balance. Although I'm not a new artist, I am still considered to be emerging because I'm broadening my scope of audience beyond my small but supportive locale.
